Every Strapistry strap starts as webbing we choose ourselves — cut to length, finished with two reinforced box stitches, and fitted with hardware anchors rated to hold 75 lbs. Nothing ships without a personal check.
If your strap arrives damaged, or a clasp or slider fails under normal use, tell us and we'll send a free replacement — you won't be stuck with a strap that doesn't hold up. We cover return shipping on defects.
Not the right color or style for your bag? You have 30 days from delivery to exchange it for a different colorway or return it for a refund. Return shipping on style swaps is on the customer.
